Our Visual Alchemy Ideation Training merges contemplative practice, visual art, and neuroscience to spark insight, deepen collaboration, and foster creative breakthroughs. Through immersive, hands-on experiences, participants reconnect with their intuitive intelligence and unlock new ways of thinking that are grounded in presence, imagination, and symbolic expression.
Our Process
This is not just a team-building workshop—it’s a journey into the creative unknown. Participants are guided through an 11-stage process that moves from stillness to spontaneity, imagination to insight. Along the way, they learn to:
- Clear mental clutter and prepare the mind for ideation
- Activate right-left brain integration through visual and contemplative exercises
- Use pattern recognition and symbolic thinking to translate abstract ideas into actionable concepts
- Build trust and agility through shared artistic creation
- Engage with the unknown and welcome surprise as a catalyst for growth
No artistic experience is required—only a willingness to be present, curious, and courageous.
STAGE 1: Preparation
Laying the foundation for insight. We begin by decluttering the mind, awakening creative energy, and entering a state of openness through contemplative and physical practices. This stage includes the “White Canvas” meditation and “Spider Weave” exercise to set the tone for embodied ideation.
STAGE 2: Intuitive Imagination
Through guided art processes, we move from instinct and impulse into imaginative exploration. Participants practice generating visual patterns, translating business challenges into symbolic imagery, and collaborating on canvases to welcome disruption and new perspectives.
STAGE 3: Refinement & Stabilization
With momentum building, we deepen the experience of flow and clarity. Participants enter dialogue with their artwork, harvest insights, and articulate how those insights reflect real-world opportunities or solutions. Each session ends with reflection, integration planning, and optional follow-up support.
